Bilingual Field Recruiter for High-Volume Hiring

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter in Illinois to partner with HR and Ops in addressing staffing needs. The successful candidate will run high-volume job fairs, manage the hiring process from prescreening to onboarding, and improve recruiting strategies.
