Are you a natural "people person" who loves meeting new people and bringing energy to every room you enter? At Interim HealthCare, we are looking for a dedicated caregiver who acts as a true brand ambassador —someone who doesn’t just provide care, but actively engages our clients in life’s best moments.

In this role, you will provide essential one-on-one care in the comfort of a client's home, and engage with other residents of the retirement community. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives on social interaction and has a passion for getting others involved in activities, hobbies, and community.  

Our Caregivers enjoy excellent benefits:

• Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Balance: 1:1 Aide-to-client ratios 
• Growth: Build your skills with online training and earn CEUs.

As a Home Health Caregiver & Brand Ambassador, you will:

• Represent the Gold Standard: Act as the face of Interim HealthCare, providing compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) that helps seniors live safely and with dignity.
• Be a Social Catalyst: Beyond companionship, you’ll actively engage clients in activities that bring them joy—think puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies—keeping them mentally and socially active.
• Support Independence: Assist with "big picture" daily living like light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation, all while maintaining a positive, upbeat environment.
• Clinical Excellence: Help with ambulation and range of motion, provide medication reminders, and document conditions to ensure total safety.

What you bring to the table:

• The Connector Personality: You genuinely enjoy meeting new people and have the communication skills to build instant rapport.
• Dementia Experience: You know how to pivot and engage clients with memory loss in a patient, creative way.
• The Essentials: High school diploma, at least 3 years of healthcare experience (preferred),
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation.
• Physicality: A compassionate nature and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
