Job Title: Configuration Analyst

Location: 9407 Meridian Way West Chester Township Ohio 45069 United States

Work Schedule: Onsite, M-F

\n

Pay Rate: $30/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

\n

Duration of Contract: Long term contract with extension/conversion possibility

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Configure, refurbish, test, and upgrade end-user hardware and software (laptops/desktops/peripherals) to support redeployment back into the field.
\n
• Provide deskside/endpoint support, troubleshooting device issues and validating full functionality prior to release.
\n
• Perform light network engineering tasks as needed to support device configuration and testing (e.g., basic connectivity checks, port/cable validation, network access verification).
\n
• Execute standardized test procedures and accurately document results, ensuring high attention to detail and minimal errors.
\n
• Log testing outcomes and device status updates in designated databases/tools in a timely, consistent manner.
\n
• Partner closely with Facilities and other onsite stakeholders to coordinate device intake, staging, and return-to-field readiness.
\n
• Work reliably on-site in a shared/open workspace, following daily schedules set by floor supervisors.
\n
• Adhere to required break schedules and operational processes to maintain production flow and team coverage.
\n

• IT hardware and software testing, refurbishment, and upgrades experience.

• Ability to document activities and log procedures accurately and with minimal errors.

• Basic understanding of network engineering concepts.
\n
