Senior Product UI Engineer, Mobile & Multiplatform

Make a complex system feel clear in someone’s hands. Build accessible, responsive product experiences across desktop, phone and tablet, with understandable permissions, progress and recovery.

THE PURPOSE

We’re building technology that helps people connect what matters across work and life, recognize what needs attention, and move forward with greater clarity and control. Product, engineering, data and design are actively developing the platform. We’re hiring the engineers and operating leaders who will drive its next stage. You’ll translate product requirements and approved experience designs into production-quality interface code. Build accessible, responsive experiences across desktop, phone and tablet, with thoughtful testing and careful attention to usability. You’ll join while foundational product and operating decisions are still being made, with meaningful responsibility for what we build and how we build it. Experience behind the ambition Our founders and team bring experience across product, engineering, creativity, data and company building, with prior experience at Google, WPP, Publicis, The Trade Desk, People Inc., WebMD · Medscape, TomorrowVentures and MediaMath. Prior experience of individual team members. No affiliation or endorsement implied.

YOUR OWNERSHIP

Build reusable React and TypeScript components and complete product flows. Translate design specifications into maintainable interface code, working closely with Product and Design. Clear states and human control Implement loading, progress, permission, correction and failure states that reflect actual backend behavior. Make approval and recovery understandable, with clear distinctions between an attempted action and a completed result. Accessibility and performance Mobile and multiplatform development Adapt interaction patterns for phone and tablet. Evaluate native and cross-platform approaches, and build consistent, accessible experiences across supported screens.

THE PRACTICE

The interface tells the truth. Users can understand what is happening, what needs their attention and what they can do next. Loading, failure and completion states agree with the underlying system. Quality travels across screens. Core flows remain usable with a keyboard, assistive technology and smaller screens. Responsive behavior and performance are verified, not inferred from a desktop mockup. Design becomes working software. Reviewed designs become tested, maintainable components. Product, Design and Engineering can inspect behavior together and resolve tradeoffs clearly. These are the outcomes you’ll help build and establish, with progress grounded in evidence.
