**Exciting Opportunity for a Speech Therapist in Hawaii!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic rehabilitation team in a vibrant acute care setting. - Utilize your expertise in Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS) to provide top-notch patient care. - Contribute to both rehab and skilled nursing facility (SNF) environments, with potential referrals for outpatient care. - Work with state-of-the-art equipment including Meditech for inpatient documentation. - Collaborate in a supportive environment focused on patient outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Independently conduct MBS studies without the need for supervision. - Deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services in an acute care and SNF setting. - Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient care. **Required Skills and Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in SNF or rehab hospital settings. - Proficient in completing MBS studies independently. - Current BLS certification. - Active Hawaii rehab licensure in the appropriate discipline prior to starting assignment. **Work Schedule:** - Generally set schedule of 5 days per week, including one weekend day. - Possible floating to other units or facilities based on census and staffing needs. **Dress Code:** - Scrubs or adhere to established dress code policies. **Training and Orientation:** - Comprehensive training in EMR documentation provided. - Orientation to rehab area and expectations fully covered. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
