Senior Cloud Solutions Architect

The Senior Cloud Solutions Architect is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and governance of PRG's cloud architecture across enterprise, corporate, and restaurant-facing platforms. This position partners closely with Infrastructure, Security, Application, Data, and Business stakeholders to ensure cloud solutions are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and aligned with Panda's business objectives. The Senior Cloud Solutions Architect serves as a technical leader and trusted advisor, driving cloud modernization, optimization, and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Defines and maintains enterprise cloud architecture standards, reference architectures, and design patterns across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.
• Leads the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions supporting corporate systems, restaurant operations, digital platforms, and data initiatives.
• Partners with Security, Network, and Infrastructure teams to ensure cloud solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI, data privacy).
• Provides technical leadership and architecture guidance for cloud migrations, application modernization, and cloud-native initiatives.
• Establishes and promotes Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and DevOps best practices using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborates with Finance and Engineering teams to support cloud cost optimization, capacity planning, and FinOps practices.
• Mentors engineers and architects, reviews solution designs, and contributes to continuous improvement of cloud capabilities and operational maturity.
• Owns the architecture, governance, and operational strategy for Active Directory (on-prem), Azure AD/Entra ID, identity federation, and authentication services.
• Architects, manages, and optimizes the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and related security/compliance capabilities.

Qualifications - External

Your background and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum seven years of progressive experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, identity, or architecture roles with hands-on experience administering and architecting Active Directory (on-prem) and Azure AD/Entra ID in complex enterprise environments as well as demonstrated experience designing, operating, and governing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments and designing and operating enterprise-scale cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure); experience supporting large, distributed environments and mission-critical systems required
• Cloud and Microsoft certifications strongly preferred (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Identity or M365 certifications)
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P4H: $124,500 - $175,500 / Annual

*Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
