Job Title: Lab Assistant / Phlebotomist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lab Assistant / Phlebotomist to support our clinic team. This role involves working directly with patients, performing blood draws, and assisting with basic lab tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens
• Process and prepare lab samples
• Update patient information in the electronic health record

Requirements

• Valid California Phlebotomy license
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy or lab experience
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Work Environment

Onsite clinic setting with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Barbara, CA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
