Service Acquisition Specialist

Butler Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Proactively contact current and previous customers to encourage service appointments
• Follow up with customers regarding maintenance recommendations, recalls, and service specials
• Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
• Build strong, ongoing customer relationships to increase repeat business
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with service advisors and management to meet department goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and digital communication

Education and/or Experience:
