Sleep Expert - Sales

Job Overview Position: Sleep Expert – responsible for providing exceptional in‑store experience to customers in select New York markets. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Key Responsibilities Elevate and enhance the customer's in‑store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience. Create a customer‑centric environment, cultivate strong relationships, and provide technical and product knowledge. Drive sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting initiatives. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. Stay aware of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Qualifications Bilingual preferred – fluent Spanish. Experience in retail sales and customer service, preferably in a specialty retail environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships. Knowledge of sleep products and ability to become a subject matter expert. Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to adopt new technology. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range $60,000 - $70,000 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience. Base pay or uncapped commissions. 401(k) with employer matching.
