Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) Erie, PA

A full-time opportunity is available for an Otolaryngologist to join a well-established ENT practice within an academically affiliated healthcare system. This role offers a comprehensive ENT practice with the added opportunity to participate in resident education and potentially serve in a leadership role within an ACGME-accredited residency program. Physicians will work in a collaborative environment with strong referral support, advanced technology, and a multidisciplinary care team.

Full-time position

• Call schedule: 1:4 rotation (nights and weekends)
• Residents provide primary call coverage

Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions including ear infections, hearing loss, sinusitis, allergies, voice disorders, and sleep apnea

Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, septoplasties, and ear tube placements

Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient care

Participate in shared call coverage with physician team

Teach and mentor residents within an accredited ENT residency program

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers

Provide care at regional clinic locations as needed

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Contribute to program development and potential residency leadership

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology (ENT) Residency Program

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology

Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license

DEA certification

Strong clinical, surgical, and teaching skills

Commitment to patient-centered care and academic collaboration
