Warehouse Receiver

Warehouse Receiving Clerk

Performs all receiving activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distribution of goods. Receives, stores, issues, deliveries and accounts for warehouse materials.

Essential Job Functions:

Receive, inspect and count incoming goods against order and specifications;

Verify against order for correctness and condition;

Coordinate with Purchasing Department for return of goods;

Report deviations from order to Purchasing;

Store materials in Warehouse;

Fill orders & issue supplies upon receipt of approved requisitions;

Deliver materials to user department;

Verify correctness of order with the receiving department and obtain authorized signature on warehouse receiving record;

Prepare and maintain reports and records as required;

Respond to request for mail orders, exchanges and other guest Relations;

Responsible for preparation of inventories and conducts periodic spot checks, pre-counts and works with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that established inventory procedures are maintained;

Assist Food and Beverage in delivering food orders into kitchens;

Ensure warehouse facility is kept clean, orderly, safe and secure at all times;

Works closely with Purchasing Department;

Other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education:

High School or better.

Licenses & Certifications:

Driver's License
