Spavia [Location] is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists!!

✔Sign on bonus
✔Avg pay per 60-min massage: $52–$62 (includes gratuity)
✔Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80–100 min treatments
✔Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
✔W-2 position – We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity)

• Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $52-$56

• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $57–$61

• Extended Modalities - 80 - 100 min - $63–$80

✔ Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
✔ Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included
✔ Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually
✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
✔Sign on bonus of $500 after 90 days

• Full-time or part-time

• Weekend/evening availability preferred

• 10-minute turnover between services

• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
