Associate Veterinarian — Full-Time or Part-Time Small Animal General Practice | Privately Owned Valley Veterinary Clinic, Red Bluff, CA We are an independently owned practice with a tight‑knit team that genuinely enjoys working together. Our well‑equipped facility includes: Digital radiography and dental radiography Idexx in‑house laboratory equipment Handheld Butterfly ultrasound Midmark dental unit with full anesthesia monitoring and capnography EzyVet electronic medical records with optional AI‑assisted documentation Excellent doctor‑to‑staff ratio, with a highly leveraged support team so you can focus on what you do best — being a great doctor. A typical day alternates between surgery in the morning and appointments in the afternoon (or vice versa), with dedicated time for same‑day urgent care, staggered wellness and sick appointments, and structured callback blocks mid‑day and at close. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a compassionate, collaborative DVM who communicates well with both clients and team members. We value someone skilled, yet eager to keep learning and to help others grow.
