Preconstruction Manager

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000+ (DOE) + Medical Benefits + 401(k) + PTO + Stability + Bonus Albany, New York An excellent opportunity for an estimator, who is experienced in civil, environmental and/or infrastructure builds, to take on a great role with a leading contractor who work on large scale and cutting-edge projects. Your responsibilities will include leading the preconstruction efforts, estimating & risk evaluation, and collaboration & project handoff. The role: Leadership & Pursuit Strategy – Leading preconstruction efforts. Estimating & Risk Evacuation – Preparing estimates and analyzing plans. Collaboration & Project handoff – Participating in pre-bid meetings and site visits and tracking bid results. The Person: Experience in the civil / utilities / pump stations or WW projects. The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications, and skill set.
