At Franklin Plumbing, you are an important part of our team and a key reason for our success.YOUR DAY-TO-DAYIn this Plumbing Service Manager role, you will lead and supervise plumbing technicians and field crews, ensuring that all teams are adequately staffed and perform to company standards. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and scheduling staff, as well as overseeing the planning and coordination of residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing projects. Managing timelines, prioritizing work orders, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget are central to the position. You will conduct site inspections to maintain quality control, verify compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and promptly address any deficiencies or callbacks. The role includes overseeing procurement and inventory of materials and equipment, managing vehicle maintenance, and ensuring all field crews are properly equipped.
