Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the synthesis of customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Directs the following activities: establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem. Manages the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an experienced full-time Systems Integration & Test Engineer Associate Manager for the Assembly Integration Test and Launch (AITL) organization. This position will support a new IRAD program as one of the Test Managers.Basic QualificationsBS in Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or related experienceExperience in Space Vehicle/Missile Integration and Test including Electrical, Mechanical, Ordnance, and Environmental.Experience in Test Plan development and spacecraft/missile operations and test.US Citizenship required, ability to obtain a Secret ClearanceDesired SkillsExperience Leading a Team through TestingExperience with JIRA/Confluence, DOORS, Cameo, and Microsoft Suite 365.Possess strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization.Experience in communicating and briefing program management.Test Engineer and/or Certified Test ConductorWilling to work overtime supporting off shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environmentMust have an Active Secret security clearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
