As an account manager for Dustin Booth Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
