Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Summary Seeking a qualified Special Procedures Technologist for a travel assignment in the Interventional Radiology department. Key Responsibilities Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures. Prepare and maintain sterile field for procedures. Operate specialized equipment used in special procedures. Monitor patient vital signs and provide support during procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards. Schedule / Shift 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Required Qualifications Current BLS certification. Current ACLS certification. Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program. State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (if applicable). Must have Cath Lab experience. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Special Procedures Technologist. Demonstrated experience in an Interventional Radiology setting. Certifications BLS ACLS Skills Proficient in operating C-arm fluoroscopy equipment. Knowledge of sterile techniques. Ability to monitor patient status and respond to emergencies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. EMR / Systems Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
