Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries

• Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt

• Unload and unpack shipments of products

• Check deliveries against orders, invoices, manifests, and other documents to verify correctness

• Record and report overages, shortages, and discrepancies

• Record receiving data in company database

• Prepare and organize received stock for inventory

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts

• Return damaged products to senders

• Store stock in orderly manner in appropriate manner

• Assure proper storage conditions

• Ensure invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries

• Liaise with shippers to rectify problems with deliveries

• Issue material to work orders

• work with production to have material ready for work orders as needed

• move and maintain material organized and labeled.

• utilize forklift to move, unload, load and transport materials to assigned departments.

• Pull LED's from buffer inventory as needed

• ensure all received material gets labeled before stocking it in assigned areas. Proficiency in MS Office programs
