Manufacturing Process Improvement Intern

Barnes Group in Warren, MI is seeking a student to support engineering operations in a manufacturing setting. You will work with the CI Manager on assignments, generate routing instructions, and draft work instruction redlines to drive quality and efficiency. You will help resolve non-conformances, support cost and schedule improvements, and contribute to tooling design modifications and inspection documentation.
