Responsibilities Interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support. Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts to multiple contracts and control accounts within an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT). Establish Work Breakdown Structures for budgeted cost of work scheduled, assess and maintain objective performance criteria, and justify estimates to complete. Support internal and external variance analysis, budget baseline and funding analysis, cost risk assessment, and visibility reports. Prepare government cost performance reports and performance measurement variance analyses. Assist in monthly Customer‑Delivered Release Lists (CDRLs) such as IPMR and support program monthly rhythm processes. Use tools such as Microframe Project Manager (MPM), SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), wInsight, MS Excel, Project, and PowerPoint. Desired Traits Proficiency in financial systems and basic EVM principles. Ability to develop and implement moderate‑scope solutions. Strong analytical skills to develop new methods and process techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration. Basic Qualifications Level 2 Bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields OR Master’s degree. Ability to work onsite in a hybrid schedule in Oklahoma City, OK or Palmdale, CA. Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance. Basic Qualifications Level 3 Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in the same. Ability to work onsite in a hybrid schedule in Oklahoma City, OK or Palmdale, CA. Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM). Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications Active final adjudicated DoD Secret Clearance with transfer and maintenance capability. Understanding of Business Systems (SAP/Cobra). Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM). Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Salary and Benefits Primary Level Salary Range: $62,100 – $115,600 Secondary Level Salary Range: $75,800 – $141,200 Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, a 9/80 schedule, 401(k) matching, company‑paid holidays, and paid time off.
