RNs play a key role in clinical oversight, care coordination, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, empathy, and a commitment to excellence in patient-centered care. Qualifications Maryland RN license is required, valid, and in good standing CPR and First Aid certification required Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
