Bilingual Call Center Representative

Summary As a Customer Experience Representative, you will serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions – including promoting products and services to our new and existing customers so they get the most value and enjoyment from their DISH TV experience. Job Duties And Responsibilities Call Center Representative $18.50/hr + .50/hr Language Differential - Earn an additional $2/hr for shifts after 6 PM and on weekends! We provide full-time paid training! What You’ll Be Doing Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues Promoting additional products and services What’s In It For You Career Growth: Opportunity to promote within your first year!
