RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.

• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff.

• Maintain accurate electronic documentation.

• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and New York State regulations.

• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.

RN Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License.

• Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

• Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience is preferred but not required .

• New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.
