Help Desk Associate

Our client is seeking a Help Desk Associate to join their team. As a Help Desk Associate, you will be part of the Client Support Services supporting the IT Help Desk team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Role Service Desk Analyst Rate: $16/hour Location: Onsite, Austin, Texas 78753 What’s the Job? Provide technical support to users for moderately complex computer-related technical problems. Communicate technical issues over the phone to a variety of customers. Answer service desk telephones and assist customers in resolving technical problems by providing guidance regarding software and hardware issues. Resolve or refer highly complex technical problems as appropriate. Follow up with customers to ensure inquiries are resolved within the contracted or agreed-upon time frame. What’s Needed? 1-2 years of experience in Client Services, Customer Service, Help Desk, or Technical Support roles. Knowledge of Windows support and basic networking concepts. Experience with Office 365 and ITSM tools (preferably Remedy). Excellent oral and written communication skills. High responsibility, commitment, and dependability. What’s in it for me?
