LeachGarner has an outstanding career opportunity for a Machine Operator to join our team on 1st shift in Attleboro. 

Hours:  5:00am - 3 :30pm Monday-Thursday ** 4-day workweek

Responsibilities include:

• Set up machines using routing orders, forms, specification and verbal and written instructions from supervisor
• Follow jobs to ensure production runs efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and maintain production quality standards
• Operate production machines in assigned area and other areas as needed
• Maintain records with some data entry
• Use various hand tools, micrometers, calculators and related tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Must follow all safety rules and PPE requirements
• Perform other tasks as needed to further our company's goals and uphold our commitments 

Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times throughout shift utilizing safe lifting procedures
• Must be able to stand and move throughout a 10-hour shift
• Good manual dexterity and visual acuity
• Machine operator experience
• High school diploma or GED
