Aesthetic Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner at Seaport Medspa Job Description Seaport Medspa is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical team. This position is intended for an established injector who has worked full time in a medical aesthetics or medspa environment for at least one year. Founded and led by board-certified Nurse Practitioners, Seaport Medspa is a medical-first aesthetics practice with locations in South Boston, North End and Brookline. Our approach combines clinical expertise, thoughtful treatment planning, and natural, balanced results within a supportive, commission-free environment. The Role The Aesthetic RN or NP will provide personalized consultations and aesthetic treatments with patients. The right candidate will be clinically confident, detail-oriented, collaborative, and aligned with our honest, pressure-free approach. Responsibilities Conducting comprehensive consultations and reviewing medical histories Developing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's anatomy, goals, and clinical appropriateness Administering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other treatments within the provider's training and scope of practice Educating patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and pre- and post-treatment instructions Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Following Seaport Medspa's standardized treatment, safety, and photography protocols Participating in ongoing education, hands-on training, chart review, and team development Building lasting patient relationships through honest recommendations and consistent follow-up Supporting a professional, welcoming, and collaborative environment Contributing to occasional educational and social media content when appropriate Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Massachusetts RN or NP license At least one year of experience working full time as an aesthetic RN or NP in a medspa or medical aesthetics practice Hands-on experience administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment, and complication prevention Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and follow established clinical protocols Availability to work a schedule that may include evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications Experience with biostimulators, PRF treatments, microneedling, laser or energy-based devices Established experience creating comprehensive facial treatment plans Additional injectable or complication-management training Existing patient following is welcome but not required About Seaport Medspa Seaport Medspa was founded in 2018 by board-certified Nurse Practitioners Mari Benayun and Elizabeth O'Neil.
