Horticulturist - North Hills Country Club

North Hills Country Club in Menomonee Falls, WI is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Horticulturist to manage and maintain the club's landscaped areas, gardens, and ornamental plantings. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys independent work, has a passion for plants, and takes pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Position Highlights Flexible hours Independent work environment Golf privileges included Responsibilities Design, plant, and maintain flower beds and landscape features around the clubhouse and golf course Monitor plant health and implement sustainable care practices (watering, fertilizing, pruning, etc.) Identify and control pests, diseases, and weeds as needed Seasonal color planning and execution Qualifications Prior horticulture or landscaping experience preferred Strong plant knowledge and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Must be able to work outdoors in varying conditions What We Offer $15-$18 an hour based on experience Seasonal Employment available Golf privileges A great team atmosphere This role offers the creative freedom to make a visual impact at one of Wisconsin's premier private clubs.
