Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting CRNAs for a long-term locum opportunity at a major Level I trauma medical center in Pittsburgh, PA .

This is a high-acuity practice with strong case volume, flexible long-shift scheduling, no required call, and competitive 1099 compensation.

Located in one of Pittsburgh's major medical districts, this facility serves as a regional referral center for complex surgical care. Pittsburgh offers an affordable cost of living, excellent restaurants and neighborhoods, easy airport access, professional sports, and quick access to outdoor recreation throughout Western Pennsylvania.
Current Scheduling Needs

Full-time availability is required.

Current schedule options include combinations of 12-, 14-, and 16-hour shifts , including:

• 2x14s + 1x12
• 2x12s + 1x16
• 2x9:30a-6p + 2x12s
• 2x16s + 1x9:30a-6p

CRNAs willing to combine the 9:30 AM-6:00 PM shift with longer shifts are especially valuable.

• Start: ASAP once credentialed
• Long-term locum coverage
• Monday-Friday scheduling
• No required call
• Credentialing: approximately 45-60 days
• Expedited temporary privileges may be available

This is a high-acuity, diverse practice utilizing a medically directed care-team model, generally around a 1:3 supervision ratio .
Requirements

• NBCRNA Certified
• Active PA RN/CRNA license preferred
• BLS and ACLS
• PA Child Abuse Clearance
• 2+ years of CRNA experience
• Epic experience preferred
• Willingness to credential at a nearby affiliated location is a plus
