Nurse Practitioner

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner at our Hendersonville, TN location. The Nurse Practitioner will assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic health conditions. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and delivering patient education. The role also involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Strong clinical skills including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Knowledge of medication prescribing and management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interaction Ability to perform routine medical procedures and operate diagnostic tools Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Commitment to maintaining current medical certifications and staying informed about best practices Master's degree in Nursing and certified Nurse Practitioner credentials (ARNP or equivalent) Licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Tennessee Prior experience in family medicine or primary care is preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Leavittfamilymedicine
