Commercial Cleaning– Assistant Manager (Part-Time, Evenings) Location: Novi, MI & Surrounding Areas (Including but not limited to Farmington Hills, Royal Oak, Southfield & Wixom) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (30 hrs/week) Pay: $17-$19 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit Step Into Hands-OnLeadership With Us Are you ready to take the next step in your cleaning career? What You’ll Be Doing Daily Cleaning - Perform and oversee cleaning tasks in multiple buildings. You’ll set the standard for quality and efficiency. Training - Train, motivate, and support cleaning staff to maintain consistent quality and strong morale. Quality Control - Conduct inspections, address issues promptly, and help ensure client satisfaction. Communication & Coordination - Serve as the link between your cleaning team and management, keeping operations running smoothly. What We’re Looking For 18 years or older Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle with proof of current auto insurance Must drive between multiple buildings during shift (paid drive time provided) At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience preferred Dependable, organized, and able to lift up to 50 lbs Willing to downloadand usemobileapps on your phone for daily tasks Excellentverbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in offices, medical buildings, and surgery centers Sterile cleaning required—scrubs and PPE provided Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus!
