Online Order Supervisor Full Time

Job Summary Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. Responsibilities Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list using handheld scanner device. Verify merchandise counts and ensure orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements. Communicate problems with inventory or equipment and notify team when replenishment is needed. Work with team to pull merchandise from reserve area to avoid sales floor replenishment. Securely package orders according to standard operating procedures. Maintain clean and organized workspace, perform housekeeping duties, and handle damaged goods following SOP. Process returns and determine handling instructions. Maintain all club policies and procedures, including dress code. Meet OMNI productivity expectations, service level agreements, performance metrics and goals. Attend regularly and maintain predictable full attendance. Qualifications Previous order pulling experience preferred. Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred. Previous RF scanner experience preferred. Job Conditions Most of the time is spent moving about continuously on hard surfaces; may require bending, climbing, crawling, reaching, and stooping. Requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds; may need assistance for heavier items. Work in environment surrounded by moving machinery and loud equipment; exposure to temperature extremes during refrigerated orders. May be exposed to company-approved cleaning agents.
