We're looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven Community Liaison & Business Development Representative to help grow our community presence, develop trusted referral partnerships, and connect more families with the services they need. This is a position for someone who enjoys people, is comfortable making connections, can work independently, and wants meaningful work with flexibility.

• Representing Caring Transitions in a way that makes people want to work with us, trust us, and refer families to us
