Description of the role:
As an Internet Sales Consultant at Envision Honda of Milpitas, you will be responsible for selling vehicle inventory online, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining client relationships to drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to online inquiries promptly
- Provide accurate product information and pricing to potential buyers
- Negotiate and close sales transactions virtually
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales platforms
- Must pass the background check and drug test
