Accountabilities:

• Engage with leads provided through the CRM and company resources, focusing on understanding prospective clients and their insurance needs.
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored life and health insurance solutions based on individual circumstances.
• Educate prospective and existing clients about available policies, coverage options, benefits, and relevant product features.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and personalized service.
• Generate additional leads through professional networking, referrals, relationship building, and available company resources.
• Conduct consistent follow-up with prospects, address questions or concerns, and guide qualified opportunities through the sales process.
• Work toward closing sales while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Stay current on insurance industry developments, product offerings, and relevant market trends.
• Accurately manage client information, activities, and opportunities using CRM and other digital tools.
• Work independently to manage daily priorities and sales activities while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, mentorship, and professional development activities to strengthen sales and product knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and pursuing continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• An active insurance license is preferred; candidates without a license must be willing to obtain the required life and health insurance licensing with available guidance and support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and explain insurance concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the drive to build and manage a successful sales pipeline.
• Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms and basic computer systems for lead, prospect, and client management.
• Ability to learn insurance products, coverage options, industry practices, and applicable sales processes.
