Registered Nurse - PACU/Recovery Room
This is a 13-week contract position.
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our PACU/Recovery Room team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar setting and must possess the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgery.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist with their recovery process.
- Administer medications as necessary and ensure patient comfort.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Document patient progress and any adverse reactions in the chart.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PACU/Recovery Room.
- Valid RN license.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
- Previous charge experience preferred.
