Description:

We are seeking a Material Handler for 2nd Shift in the Wilkes-Barre, PA area. The ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments of raw materials, inspect for quality/quantity, verify against purchase orders or packing slips.
Unload trucks, stage materials in designated storage locations, label and tag appropriately.
Abides by all Standard Operating Procedures and processes.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
Transporting raw and finished materials to different locations within the facility.
Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday
4:30 PM to 3:00 AM

Requirements:

Ability to effectively operate and maintain forklift equipment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to comprehend direction in both written and verbal form.
Ability to lift, carry, push or pull, and stand for long periods of time.
Must commit to shift days and times as scheduled.
