In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, assess relationship and behavioral health concerns, create treatment plans, and support clients as they work through communication issues, life transitions, family conflict, anxiety, stress, and other clinical needs.This position is a good fit for an LMFT who enjoys structured clinical work, values clear documentation, and wants to provide steady support in a full-time remote setting. You will have the space to focus on quality care while working with clients in a professional telehealth environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and familiesComplete clinical assessments and identify client needs, goals, and treatment prioritiesDevelop treatment plans using family systems-based approaches and evidence-informed careSupport clients with relationship concerns, family stressors, parenting challenges, grief, anxiety, and life changesMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation after each sessionMonitor client progress and update treatment plans as neededFollow ethical, legal, and professional standards for remote behavioral health careUse secure telehealth tools to deliver consistent and private client care
