Full-Time Facilitator
Reports to: Associate Facilities Manager
Queens, New York, 11354 United States
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the upkeep and safety standards of the lobby area and building surroundings
- Greet and assist patients and visitors by providing information, guidance, and directions to facilitate smooth navigation
- Receive incoming parcels and coordinate delivery to the appropriate departments
- Understand and adhere to emergency procedures, assisting as necessary during emergencies
- Monitor and oversee the parking lot traffic, if applicable
- Help patients and visitors requiring accessibility support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Experience in a customer service role (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $35,000.00 - 37,000.00 per year
