Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate

Our national law firm client is seeking an Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator looking to work on sophisticated insurance coverage disputes involving complex financial, cyber, and professional liability matters. Role Overview The associate will represent insurers in high-value coverage disputes involving financial losses, cyber incidents, employee dishonesty, and other complex claims. The practice includes litigation in federal courts across the United States, with occasional matters involving international issues. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to develop a niche practice in a highly specialized and growing area of litigation.
