- Be responsible for NPI and prototype of PCBAs, include design review, process design, program and fixture preparation etc.
- Keep a NPI tracker for issues and observation during assembly.
- Write post assembly DFM (Design for Manufacture) report.
- Investigate research and analyze challenging unique problems.
- Resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Participate in new technologies and processes implementation.
- Ensure the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output.
