Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you’ll partner with educators, families, and other professionals to deliver individualized physical therapy services in accordance with student IEPs. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license (current and in good standing)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Passion for fostering independence and inclusion for students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ motor and physical functioning
• Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students, adapting techniques as needed
• Document and report on student progress; participate in IEP meetings as required
• Educate and consult with school staff and families to support classroom integration
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in pediatric and school-based physical therapy
