Responsibilities Provide treatment for patients across a wide range of diagnoses under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures. Qualifications Current and active state Physical Therapist Assistant license -or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Skilled Nursing experience preferred; new graduates with skilled nursing clinical rotations are encouraged to apply. Flexibility and adaptability in new clinical environments. BLS Certification.
