Data Analyst

Transforming player and product data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Games Data Analyst will work remotely to enhance player experience, engagement, retention, and monetization by leading analytical projects and providing data-driven recommendations. Key responsibilities Analyze player behavior throughout the entire lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, and retention Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to measure game feature performance and inform strategic decisions Build dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and support data-informed decision-making across teams Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence At least 3 years of experience in gaming, online entertainment, or a related high-volume digital product environment Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale datasets Strong understanding of gaming metrics and statistical analysis, including A/B testing Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Apache Superset
