Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri 06:00 PM - 02:30 AM Sat 06:00 PM - 02:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while following post orders and property protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, and report security-related concerns, access issues, and/or maintenance observations to the appropriate personnel. Support access control activities by verifying credentials, documenting visitor activity, and assisting with directions and general assistance in a courteous manner. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
