Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical/Surgical care. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical and nursing standards.
• Monitor patient vitals and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Previous experience in a Medical/Surgical unit preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
