NP Primary Care opening in West Burlington, Iowa About Position: - Full-time - Seeking a full-time a Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative team working with pre and post op patients.- $144k+ guarantee- Full-time - 40 hours/week- Primary work is in the outpatient clinic with inpatient rounding for care coordination- No nights, weekends, or call- Excellent work-life balance- 2+ years of experience as a NP in primary care, surgery or a related specialty preferred- A team-first mindset and strong communication skills- Someone who takes ownership of their practice and contributes to the team's growth- Comfort with autonomy and a passion for helping to develop and expand a growing service line.
