Loan Ops Clerk

Position Summary:

This position will provide clerical support to the Loan Operations Department. Position is on-site; no remote work.

Essential Functions:

• Conducts final loan review after scanning

Additional Responsibilities:

• Give loan payoffs and assist customers with questions about their loan accounts
• Research loan questions for customers
• Maintain customer privacy
• Enter referrals, incidents, and activities on 360 View.
• Will be a proactive participant in marketing, sales campaigns, business development, and relationship building efforts that relate to the assigned location or the bank as a whole
• Will be responsible for full compliance with all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
• Will maintain a strict level of confidentiality
• Perform various other duties as may be assigned or delegated by the manager

Education and Experience:

Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred: Associates Degree or Comparable Work Experience

Personal Characteristics:

• Good organization skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to maintain strictest level of confidentiality
