Licensed Practical Nurse Per Diem

Day Shift - 7a-7:30p

$27-$30/hour

Job Summary:

North Beach Rehabilitation Center, a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation care in North Miami Beach, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a per diem, day shift basis. As an LPN at our 99-bed center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to individuals with diverse needs and goals. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents with a focus on individualized treatment plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and according to established protocols

• Monitor vital signs, report changes, and implement interventions as necessary

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida

• 1 year of experience preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
