Be a part of a team that values your growth and apply for our Fulfillment Center Shipping Associate role in the Lancaster, PA area!Shift hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday; Friday & Saturday as neededSummary of Functions:Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies.Collaborates and communicates with fulfillment center team, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.Maintains a clean, neat, and organized area.Provides additional support for the shipping and receiving departments.Pull and organize bins of orders off the conveyor belt.Review orders for accuracyPackage orders into the corresponding boxPrepare package for shipmentPalletize boxes onto skids and shrink wrap to prepare for shipping.Prepare shipping labelsEnsure no damaged products are shippedFollows all fulfillment center safety procedures, including those related to operating fulfillment center equipmentComply with the ImageFIRST Way guidelines.Other duties as assignedKnowledge and Skill Requirements:Completion of a high school diploma or GED preferredPrevious experience with fulfillment or shippingPack and load ordersGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong sense of time organization and urgencyAble to work independently and within a teamAble to use a pallet jackBasic computer knowledgeMust be able to perform required tasks standing up for the duration of the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 pounds requiredAbility to climb up and down laddersFlexibility to complete special requests as neededMust be able to complete background and drug checkWorking Conditions/Physical Demands:Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 50 pounds. Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats.
